About SK Residential
SK Residential is a residential design and build contractor. We design, get approval for and build extensions, loft conversions, conversions, renovations and new homes, with one contract and one point of contact for the whole job.
Who is SK Residential?
SK Residential is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), part of the S&K Group, with its registered office at Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. When you go ahead with a project, your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd.
How do we work?
We work as a design and build contractor. That means we survey the house, prepare the drawings, deal with planning or permitted development, apply for building regulations approval, serve party wall notices where they apply, and then build the project. The building work is carried out by our own teams and by trade contractors working under our contract with you and managed by us, so one company stays responsible from start to finish.

Single and double-storey extensions, side return and wraparound extensions, kitchen extensions, orangeries and porches; loft conversions of every type; garage, basement and house-to-flat conversions; upward extensions; new-build homes and replacement dwellings; whole-house renovations and structural alterations; re-roofing; and kitchens and bathrooms. Where do we work?
We take on projects across England, Wales, mainland Scotland and Northern Ireland. Planning and building regulations work differently in each nation, and we follow the process that applies to your property. What we will not claim
We do not show reviews, ratings, awards or accreditations on this site unless they are genuine and current, and we do not use photographs of other people’s work.
