Who we are
This website is operated for SK Residential, a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889). For personal data collected through this website (forms, the guide price tool, live chat and analytics), the data controller is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG, the holding company of the S&K Group. When your enquiry is passed on for a quote, and for any contract and customer records, the controller is S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), the company that trades as SK Residential. You can contact either company about your data at info@skresidential.co.uk or by post at that address.
What data we collect and why

Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests are replying to people who contact us, preparing quotes they ask for, and keeping proper business records. You can object at any time.
Who we share it with
Within the S&K Group, enquiries are passed to S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which prepares quotes and enters into building contracts as SK Residential. If you go ahead, the trade contractors and designers working on your project receive the details they need to do it. We do not sell your data and we do not pass enquiries to unrelated companies.
We use service providers who process data for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), Tawk.to (live chat), Netlify (website hosting), our email provider, and Google (analytics, only if enabled and you consent). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, chat transcripts and WhatsApp messages that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Customer records are kept for 7 years after the project ends for legal, tax and warranty purposes. Analytics data, if collected, is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (for chat or analytics, use cookie settings). Changes
We update this notice when we add a new tool or change how we use data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
